摘要
目的:探讨高龄患者经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术的护理对策。方法:采用分组对照的研究方法,总结高龄患者经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术的护理措施和经验。结果:本组患者术后恢复良好,能坚持膀胱灌注化疗,平均住院时间为8d。结论:积极采取针对高龄患者的护理措施对防止术后出现并发症和意外情况,对疾病的顺利康复具有重要的临床意义。
