摘要
基本公共卫生服务均等化是国家"新医改"方案中近期实施的一项重要内容,其难点在于实现城乡基本公共卫生服务的"均等化"。北京作为国家的首都,提出要在全国"率先形成城乡经济社会发展一体化新格局"的目标。因此,评价北京城乡基本公共卫生服务均等化的现状,对北京市贯彻落实"新医改"方案和实现城乡一体化的目标具有非常重要的意义。
Promoting the equalization of basic and public health services is an important work in state＇s new medical reform program recently,and the difficulty lies in the equalization between urban and rural areas.Beijing,as the country＇s capital,proposed to achieve the objectives of urban-rural integration earlier than other areas.Therefore,evaluating the degree of the equalization of basic and public health services between urban and rural areas in Beijing is very important for implementing the new medical reform program and the achievement of the objectives of urban-rural integration.
