摘要
文章对价格管制的结果以及非价格准则的出现进行讨论,并在此基础上探讨不同管制单位的有利和困难之处,以便于医疗卫生领域中价格管制形式的选择。
In the first part of price control issues in medical care area,the reasons and units of price control are analyzed.The results and non-price rules in price control are further discussed,and the advantages and difficulties of different levels of price control are compared to select the appropriate types of price control in medical care system.
