摘要
价格管制在医疗卫生领域不仅普遍存在,而且影响深远。管制的范围、方式往往最终成为一个国家医疗卫生系统的标志性特点。本文通过分析医疗卫生领域价格管制的成因和管制单位,揭示支付制度的价格管制本质,将各个国家价格管制政策、支付制度纳入同一个分析框架。
In medical care area,the price control is universal and influencial.The scope and pattern of price control often become the symbolic characteristic of the medical care system in a country.The paper tries to analyze the reasons and units of price control,and reveals the price control nature of payment mechanism to make price control policy and payment mechanism of different countries into a same analysis framework.
