摘要 中国共产党第十七届五中全会认为,"十二五"时期是我国发展处于可以大有作为的重要战略机遇期,是全面建设小康社会的关键时期,是深化改革开放、加快转变经济发展方式的攻坚时期,是目前中国处在一个经济社会全面转型的重要时期。本文认为,深刻领会"四个时期"的内涵和特征,准确把握我国经济形势发展变化的问题和特点,对于继续抓住和用好我国发展的重要战略机遇期、促进经济长期平稳较快发展,对于夺取全面建设小康社会新胜利、推进中国特色社会主义伟大事业,具有十分重要的意义。 The 17th session of the fifth plenary session of CPC holds that, "twelfth five year" period is one that China can accomplish a great deal of important strategic opportunities, a key period to build a moderately prosperous society, a crucial period to deepen reform and opening-up, and accelerate the transformation of economic development mode, as well as an vital period for China' s economic and social transformation, rllais paper argues that, in order to seize and make good advantage of strategic opportunities for development, and to promote economy with long-term stable and rapid development, to strive for new victories in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects, and to promote great career of socialism with Chinese characteristics, it is extremely significant that if we have a profound understanding of the connotation and features of the "four periods", and an accurate grasp of the problems and characteristics of social and economic development.
