摘要
目的:观察稳肾合剂治疗中晚期慢性肾脏病的临床疗效。方法:将慢性肾功能不全患者59例,随机分为治疗组30例,在常规对症治疗基础上使用稳肾合剂,对照组29例,给予常规治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为83.3%,对照组为58.6%,两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:稳肾合剂能有效延缓慢性肾脏病进展。
Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Wenshen Mixture therapy on mid-end stage Chronic Kidney Disease.Methods：59 Cases were divided into treatment group and control group randomly.The thirty patients of treatment group were given Wenshen Mixture and general treatment.The twenty nine patients of control group were given general treatment.Results：There was significant difference between treatment group and control group in total effective rate（P0.05）.Conclusion：The Wenshen Mixture was effective in treating mid-end stage Chronic Kidney Disease and delaying progression.
