摘要
为了研究适用于对作业车速恒定有严格要求的专用底盘,提出一种采用机械静压驱动的解决方案。该方案采用传统机械变速器用于高速行驶、附加液压传动装置用于低速作业。应用系统协同仿真软件AMESim建立稀浆封层机液压驱动系统的仿真模型,对其动态特性进行仿真分析。结果表明:稀浆封层机要避免工作在300 kN以上的载荷工况;系统对正弦载荷的响应,存在负荷上升阶段压力波动较负荷下降阶段压力波动大,且受小频率载荷影响明显。
In order to study a special-purpose chassis which is suitable for the strict requirement of constant vehicle speed,we propose a solution that uses the mechanical static pressure actuation.This plan uses a traditional mechanical variable gear in high speed,and an attachment hydraulic gear in low speed.AMESim is employed to establish the simulation models of the hydraulic system of a slurry seal machine,and carry out simulation analysis of their dynamic characteristics.The results show that(1) a slurry seal machine should avoid working in the load operating mode of more than 300 kN;(2) fluctuation of pressure is bigger in the load ascent stage than that in the load downward stage for the sine load′s response;and(3) the small frequency load influence is obvious.Simulation results are satisfactory.
