摘要
目的：推拿“六法”及硬膜外给药治疗，对陈旧性腰椎间盘同症患者血清５－ＨＴ及５－ＨＩＡＡ含量的影响。方法：运用荧光分光光度法测试血清５－ＨＴ及５－ＨＩＡＡ含量。结果：治疗后患者血清中５－ＨＴ及５－ＨＩＡＡ浓度明显回降。结论：说明训西医结合法治疗可以减少５－ＨＴ的合成代谢，同时增强了它们的分解代谢。
