摘要
目的观察丹栀逍遥散治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法将60例复发性口腔溃疡患者随机分为二组,对照组30例口服左旋咪唑片,复合维生素B片和维生素C片。治疗组在服用上述西药的同时加用丹栀逍遥散,同时,分别在试验1年后,采取受试者血样本,分别测试细胞因子TNF-α和IL-10水平。结果观察组有效率(93.3%)高于对照组(66.7%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组TNF-α水平(81.25±15.62)pg/ml明显低于对照组(146.32±21.47)pg/ml,而IL-10水平(296.58±23.55)则明显高于对照组(107.36±19.27)Pg/ml(P<0.05)。结论丹栀逍遥散治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效可靠,能明显减少患者复发次数和程度,且无明显不良反应,值得临床推广。
Objective In order to observe the therapeutic efficacy of Danzhixiaoyaosan to recurrent oral ulcer（ROU）.Methods Sixty patients with ROU were divided into two groups.One group for control,the other for Danzhixiaoyaosan test.In the meantime,the TNF-αand IL-10 were measured by ELISA.Results The remission rate of ROU reached 93.3% after Danzhixiaoyaosan treatment The remission rate of ROU reached 66.7% in control group.There was obvious difference between two groups.The level of TNF-α was reduced,but IL-10 was induced significantly（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Danzhixiaoyaosan has certain function to remit outbreak of ROU.
