摘要
目的评价转移因子联合微波治疗复发性口疮的临床疗效,探讨其常见的发病因素。方法对近3年所接诊的79例患者,随机分为治疗组、对照组,对照组采用常规药物治疗,治疗组采用转移因子封闭及局部溃疡面微波治疗,分别观察1个疗程治疗结束后1周及3个疗程治疗结束后半年的临床疗效。结果治疗后1周治疗组的有效率(90.24%)高于对照组(60.52%)(P<0.05);治疗3个疗程后半年治疗组的有效率(92.68%)显著高于对照组(57.89%)(P<0.05)。结论转移因子联合微波能明显提高复发性口疮治疗的有效率及治愈率。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer with combined transfer factor and microwave and probe into the common nesogenesis. Methods 79 cases within 3 years were divided into the treatment group and the control group at random,and each group was treated with different methods. The clinical effects at the time of one week after the 1st period of treatment and half a year after the 3rd period of treatment were observed and analyzed statistically. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group （90.24%） was higher than that of the control group （60.52%） at the time of a week after the 1st period of treatment （ P 〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the treatment group （92.68 % ） was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 57.89% ） at the time of half a year after the 3rd period of treatment （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer with combined transfer factor and microware significantly improves the effective ratio and the curative ratio.
