摘要
企业社会责任已成为当今社会的一个热点问题,国内外学者对此进行了深入的探讨与研究。本文通过对国外50年来发表的一部分重要相关文献的归纳和整理,旨在理清国外企业社会责任理论研究的发展脉络,重点对企业社会责任的内涵、理论模型进行梳理,概括企业社会责任理论研究的特点,并对未来研究的发展趋势进行展望。
Corporate social responsibility（CSR）has become a hot issue today,but the domestic academic community has an in-depth research.The paper tries to list and study the journals of foreign literature published over the past 50 years in order to make CSR theory clear focusing on the meaning and theoretical models of CSR and summarizes the characteristics of CSR,and then looks forward to the development of CSR research.
