摘要
永磁同步电动机作为一种高效节能电机,已经在油田抽油机拖动领域得到大面积的推广应用,但在实际应用过程中经常发现部分永磁电机功率因数偏低,能耗比正常水平偏高的问题。本文通过理论分析探讨了这一现象发生的原因,制定了测试永磁电机临界反电势点的相关测试方法,并结合实验室和现场获取的测试数据,进一步论证了供电电压的变化对永磁同步电动机性能的影响。最后分析了目前在抽油机上调整永磁同步电机供电电压存在的难点问题并提出了解决办法。
As the for the advantages of high efficiency and energy saving,Permanent magnet sychronous motoris widely used in pump unit driving,while it was find that part of the PMSMs is working in the condition of low power fact and low efficiency.In this paper,the reason for this problem is talked about,the method that measure the the critical reverse potential of PMSM is made,and in order to keep the motors operating reliably,the effects of supply voltage variation on the performance of PMSM are studied combined with the data we get.In the end,some suggestions that changing the supply voltage PMSM of is proposed.
