摘要
为了弥补传统永磁同步电机(permanent magnet synchronous motor,PMSM)驱动装置和PID控制的不足,提出准Z源矩阵变换器永磁同步电机无源控制系统。首先,传统的矩阵变换器为降压变换器,最大电压传输比仅为0.866,限制了其驱动电机的工作性能,因此在双级矩阵变换器输入侧加入准Z源电路,并证明了其升压原理。另外,永磁同步电机传统矢量控制转速外环和电流内环都采用PID控制器,但PID控制器参数难以调节,抗干扰能力有限,因此利用永磁同步电机的端口受控耗散哈密顿模型,设计QZMC-PMSM基于互联与阻尼分配的无源控制器,理论证明了其稳定性。最后,对QZMC-PMSM无源控制系统进行Matlab/Simulink仿真与实验验证,结果表明所设计的QZMC-PMSM无源控制系统能使PMSM稳定运行在额定转速,并且系统有着很强的鲁棒性和很好的动静态性能。
Because of the shortcomings of traditional permanent magnet synchronous motor drive and PID controller,a quasi-Z source matrix converter(QZMC)permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)passive control drive system was proposed.First of all,the traditional matrix converter is a buck converter,the maximum voltage transmission ratio is only 0.866,which limits the work performance of the driven motor.Therefore,the quasi-Z source circuit is added to the input side of the two-stage matrix converter and its working principle has also been proved.In addition,the controller of speed loop and current loop in conventional vector control of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is PID controller.PID controller has the problem that its parameters are difficult to adjust and anti-interference-ability is limited.Therefore,the port controlled dissipative Hamiltonian model(PCHD)of permanent magnet synchronous motor was established.A passive controller based on interconnection and damping assignment(IDA)of QZMC-PMSM was designed and the stability of the equilibrium point got proved theoretically.Finally,the simulation and experimental results show that the designed passive control system of the permanent magnet synchronous motor driven by the quasi-Z source matrix converter can make the PMSM run stably at the rated speed and the system has strong robustness,as well as good dynamic and static performance.
