摘要
目的:研究红曲霉胞外多糖(Exopolysaccharide,EPS)的抗肿瘤活性,为阐明红曲胞外多糖的药理作用和临床应用奠定基础。方法:红曲霉菌经液体发酵培养后,醇沉提取发酵液中的胞外多糖并测定其含量;建立H22荷瘤小鼠模型,以胞外多糖的抑瘤率、小鼠的相对生长率和各脏器指数为指标,研究红曲胞外多糖的抗肿瘤活性。结果:中剂量100mg/(kg.d)红曲胞外多糖给药组的药理作用比较明显,抑瘤率达到了44.95%。结论:红曲霉胞外多糖有抗肿瘤作用,并且与剂量相关,但不成正向线性比例关系,而在适当给药剂量时所表现的效果比较明显。
Objective: To illuminate the pharmacological effects and clinic application of Monascus EPS by investigating Monascus EPS’ anti-tumor activity.Methods: Monascus was cultured in fermentation liquor,and the Extract Monascus EPS from Monascus by grade alcohol was quantitied.H22 tumor-bearing mice model was established,the anti-tumor activity of Monascus EPS was quantitied by analysing mice relative growth rate,organ index and tumor inhibition rate.Results: The pharmacological effects is significant in medium dose subgroup,the inhibition rate of which is up to 44.95%.Conclusion: There has anti-tumor effect in monascus EPS,which is dose-related.But the effect is not the proportion of positive linear relationship.The effect is significant when the dosage is propriety.
