略论现代企业的员工柔性管理 被引量:1

摘要 随着知识经济时代的发展,柔性管理已成为现代企业人力资源管理的必然发展趋势,并受到人们的广泛重视和研究。文章阐释了员工柔性管理的基本定义及其必要性,指出了柔性管理中的几个误区,并从刚性管理、工作设计、绩效评估、激励制度、企业文化等五个方面分析了企业员工柔性管理的策略。
