摘要
上海保利广场为B级高度超限高层办公楼,地上30层,建筑高度134 m,采用框架—双核芯筒结构体系。塔楼西侧在24层收进,立面不规则。采用SATWE、PMSAP、ETABS程序对结构进行了多遇地震作用下的反应谱计算和动力时程补充计算,中震弹性复核,并进行了罕遇地震作用下的静力弹塑性分析。结果表明,结构抗震性能良好,体系安全可行。最后,详细阐述了为了满足建筑功能要求而采取的双核芯筒抗侧力构件、钢管混凝土叠合柱、搭接柱转换这几项关键技术问题,希望能为类似的工程设计提供借鉴。
Shanghai Poly Plaza is a high-rise building of B-level height.The building of 30 stories is 134 meters high.Frame-double concrete tube structure was used as the structural system.The west wing of the building recesses at the 24th floor,which result in the irregularity of the elevation.Based on the programs of SATWE,PMSAP,ETABS procedure,the structure under the action of frequently occurred earthquake was analyzed.The elastic dynamic time-history analysis,elastic analysis under medial earthquake,and the Pushover analysis under the action of rare earthquake on integral structure were carried out.The results show that the seismic performance of the structure is good,and the structure is safe and reliable.Lateral force resistance of double concrete tube,concrete filled steel tube columns,and lapping column transfer structure are especially illuminated.Similar projects are expected to profit from the article.
