摘要
现代高层建筑向着体型复杂、功能多样的综合性方向发展,转换层得以广泛应用。文章分析了高层建筑转换层的热点问题和设计研究现状,介绍了传统的和新型的转换层结构形式及设计要点,并讨论了其发展方向。
Presently, modern high--rise buildings show a tendency to complicated structures and functional diversity, so the structural conversion layers have been applied widely. The design methodology and researches of conversion layers of high--rise building and hot problem are presented. In this paper, traditional and new types structural conversion layer are introduced and its development direction in the future is also discussed.
