摘要
简述了磁共振成像技术在磁体、梯度、射频、计算机及图像重建4大硬件系统和软件方面的新进展,以及这些新技术的临床应用。应用多源射频系统作为磁共振信号的激励和采集系统,有效地解决了3.0 T固有的抗电效应和SAR问题,可使图像质量更佳,速度更快,为乳腺和肝脏成像提供更好的诊断图像。各种特殊功能软件的研制及临床应用充分展示了MRI在提前预知疾病、及早发现疾病、全面评估疾病、进行疾病治疗等全方位应用方面的显著优势。
The recent advancement and clinical application of techniques in Magnetic Resonance Imaging are described briefly from the aspects of hardware and software system.The four hardware systems of MR include the magnet system,the gradient system,the radio frequencies system and the computer and image reconstruction system.Multi-transmit techniques,as the excitation and collection system of magnetic resonance signal,are used to solve the dielectric effects artifacts and local SAR problems in 3T effectively.So that MR image quality can be better and the imaging speed can be faster.It can provide better diagnosis images for the breast and liver.With the development of special professional software and the clinical application,MRI fully shows the advantage of prediction,assessment and treatment for the diseases.
