摘要
快速成型技术中的分层参数即分层厚度和分层方向,对于原型的制作精度、制作时间、制作成本等都有重要影响.对其进行深入研究后,提出分层厚度的优化模型,导出了其最优解的几何意义,根据几何意义可方便地求出最优解.建立了分层厚度的多目标决策模型以及分层方向的层次分析法模型。
Slicing parameters, i.e. slicing thickness and slicing direction, has important influence on the accuracy, building time and cost of prototypes.An optimization model for slicing thickness is put forward, and the optimal solution is easy to get according to its geometrical meaning. A multi objective decision making model for slicing thickness and an analytic hierarchy process model for slicing direction are established, and they are practical and effective.
