成人型多囊肾149例临床分析及探讨 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨常染色体显性遗传性多囊肾病（ADPKD）患者临床特点及治疗情况。方法回顾性分析149例ADPKD患者临床资料，按照性别、有无家族史进行分组，分析组间临床特点。结果女性患者血尿的发生率高于男性（P〈0．05），男性患者合并泌尿系结石的发生率高于女性（P〈0．05）．家族史阳性的患者蛋白尿、血尿、合并泌尿系感染及结石、合并多囊肝或肝囊肿、腰腹部疼痛等发生率显著高于无家族史的患者（P〈0．05），且确诊年龄小于无家族史的患者（P〈0．05）．结论ADPKD临床表现复杂多样，预后不良，早期诊断，综合治疗具有重要意义。
