摘要
目的探索基于实验室开放项目的护理实践教学模式。方法选取2006级57名本科生,利用护理实验室教学平台,课余以"急危重症监护技术训练"主要内容,以教学手册为蓝本,采取实施前准备、针对性地指导、实践操作考核的教学方法,学生自主训练的护理实践教学模式。结果学生自主强化训练共开放1725人时数;实施前后学生单人心肺复苏和心脏电复律2项技能操作评分比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);52.6%~68.4%的学生认为团队协作能力、学习兴趣、整体急救及监护技能、整体急救护理意识等综合素质得到明显提高。结论由师生共同参与项目设计与实施的危重症监护技术实验室开放项目,在课余有效开发实验室的教学和服务功能,能激发学生学习潜能,强化实践操作和综合应用能力。
Objective To develop a teaching model for nursing practice based on laboratory-based open project.Methods A total of 57 undergraduates of grade 2006 were chosen to participate in this study.The laboratory-based teaching platform was used;study content was identified as training of skills for emergency and critical care;teaching handbook and a teaching method including pre-paration before practice,personalized guidance and practical test after training were employed,and students were asked to practice independently after class.Results Students practiced 1,725 times after class;students' test scores of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and cardioversion showed significant differences before and after the training(P0.01 for all).strictly,52.6% to 68.4% of students believed that their capacity of team work,learning interest,skills for emergency and critical care,awareness of emergency and critical care were remarkably improved.Conclusion The laboratory-based open project,which is developed and implemented by both tea-chers and students,can effectively improve function of teaching and service of laboratory,motivate students' learning potential,and strengthen students' ability of emergency and critical care.
