摘要
在总结多年实验教学经验的基础上，提出了将开放观念融入到实验室规划与建设、实验内容设计、实验室运行管理中，引导学生主动实验，拓展了实验室开放的内涵和形式。实践证明，这些理念和做法在计算机人才培养中取得了良好的效果。
By summarizing several years＇ experiment teaching, the paper proposes how to melt opening notion into laboratory planning and constructing, experiment content designing, laboratory management etc. That guided students to take initiative to experiment, expanded connotation and mode in laboratory opening. The practice proved that this reform achieved good results for the talents cultivation of computer.
