摘要
公共就业服务是政府为促进公平就业所采取的积极行动。在就业矛盾日益凸显的背景下,改革和调整现有的就业管理服务制度,推进公共就业服务均等化成为实现劳动者就业权益、促进经济可持续发展和维护国家长治久安的重要举措。本文主要阐述了我国当前公共就业服务均等化的发展现状,指出在推进公共就业服务均等化过程中面临的诸多困境,如公共财政投入不均等、城乡与区域以及不同社会群体之间的公共就业服务差距悬殊等,在此基础上,提出实现我国公共就业服务均等化的路径选择。
Public Employment Service is a positive action taken by the government to promote equal employment.With employment problems intensifying,it is important to reform and adjust the employment service system and advance the equalization of public employment service with a view to realizing the employment rights and interests,achieving economic sustainable development and maintaining social harmony.This paper mainly discusses the issue of equalization of public employment service,points out the current dilemmas in the course of promoting equalization of public employment service,such as the unequal public financial input and the disparity of public employment service provision between urban and rural areas.This inequality also exists among different regions and social groups.In the end the paper suggests a way to achieve public employment service equalization.
