摘要
高职院校要持续发展,人才培养是关键,文化育人是高质量人才培养的必然要求。以校企文化互动融通为主线,建设七种学校文化载体,探索适合高职院校文化建设的"七位一体"模式,是提升高职院校办学水平,实现高质量人才培养目标的必由之路。
Talents training is the key to the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges and culture education is the necessity for training high-quality talents. We should construct seven school culture carriers and explore the ＂seven-in-one＂ mode which is accordance with the culture construction of vocational colleges through the integration of college and enterprise cultures to enhance the level of higher vocational colleges and realize the goal of training high-quality talents.
