利用RBRVS(Resource-based Relative Value Scale)评估系统建立以工作量为核心的绩效考核体系,改革现行绩效奖金方案,利用薪资分配杠杆激励员工的积极性和创造性,保障医院管理目标的实现,实现医院的可持续发展,促进医院加强内部管理。
Aims to reform the existing performance bonus scheme,use the salary distribution leverage to motivate the staff's initiative and creativity,the protection of hospital management goals,the achievement of the sustainable development of the hospital and promote the strengthening of internal management.
