摘要
以磺酸盐聚醚二元醇(SPPG)作为亲水单体,分别用不同结构的扩链剂,采用丙酮法合成了固含量50%左右的聚氨酯分散体(PUD),研究了扩链剂和扩链度对PUD性能的影响。结果表明,乙二胺和己二胺扩链生成的PUD平均粒径较哌嗪和异佛尔酮二胺的小,粒径分布多呈二元分布;PUD的ζ电位处于-42mV~-60mV之间,具有优异的稳定性;PUD胶膜的断裂伸长率大于2000%,己二胺扩链生成的PUD断裂伸长率最大,吸水率最小;动态力学分析表明哌嗪和己二胺PUD胶膜的玻璃化温度在-35℃左右,己二胺的玻璃化温度略高于哌嗪。
Polyurethane dispersions (PUDs) with solid content about 50% were synthesized using polyether polyol containing sulfonate (SPPG) as hydrophilic extended chain agent,piperazine,sophorone diamine (IPDA),ethylene diamine(EDA) and hexamethylene diamine (HDA) as chain extender by the acetone method. The results show that the average particle sizes of PUDs which using EDA and HDA as chain extender are smaller than piperazine and IPDA; The Zeta potentials of PUDs are between-42 mV and-60 mV and display excellent stabilization. The results of tensile tests show that the ultimate elongation of PUDs cast films is mostly more than 2000% and displays excellent elongation,PUDs using HDA as chain extender show best ultimate elongation and water resistence. Dynamic mechanical analysis show that the glass transition temperatures of PUDs using piperazine and HDA as chain extender cast film are about-35 ℃.
