做好高校毕业生就业工作具有重要意义,通过分析高校毕业生就业所面临的困难和问题,对做好高校毕业生就业工作提出对策与建议。
This paper explains the significance of the employment efforts made in colleges for graduate students.It analyzes the problems and difficulties that college graduates confront when seeking job and offers strategies and advice for them.
