摘要
水泥浆广泛用于地下空间工程、建筑、交通及深井的固井工作中,配制水泥浆的关键设备是喷射式水力混合器。基于固液两相流的一般方程式和非圆形断面喷嘴的特点,对矩形断面的水力混合器的工况进行了详细的探讨,结果表明:混合器的各个元件的几何尺寸,特别是喷嘴的尺寸结构对水泥颗粒数量有很大的影响,随着喷嘴的高度和距离的增加,进入混合器内颗粒的进给量也大大增加,它能显著提高喷射式水力混合器配制水泥浆的生产量。
The cement grout is widely applied in the domain of underground space engineering,architecture,traffic and the cementation of deep well,the key equipment of making up grout is the injection-type hydraulic power mixer.Based on the equation of liquid-solid two-phase flow and the characteristics of the non-circular cross section nozzle,the detailed working condition of the nozzle with rectangle cross section for the injection-type hydraulic power mixer have been given,the results show that the components' physical dimension of the mixer,in particular the size of the nozzle,has an important influence over the flux of the grout granular materials,as the height and the distance of the nozzle increase,the flux of the grout granular materials will increase greatly,it can improve the grout production capacity of the injection-type hydraulic power mixer evidently.
