摘要
为了克服叶片机械搅拌器存在的缺点,推荐一种旋转喷射式搅拌系统。该系统由于喷流速度高,喷嘴在油罐内可以旋转360度,搅拌么巨离大,没有死角;搅拌系统与罐壁之间不存在轴口密封问题,所以没有漏油之虑;罐前无需配电,运行无噪音、无振动、易于管理、安全可靠;该系统是间断、短时运行,耗电少。文章介绍了旋转喷射式搅拌系统的组成、工作原理、喷嘴出口直径的确定、泵排量及泵杨程的确定。
篢o overcome the shortcomings of the bladed mechanical stirrer, the rotating jet type stirring system is recommended. The systenl features high jetting speed, long stirring distance, the nozzle can rotates 36O'in the tank,and there is no shaft sealing between the system and the tank wall, thus no oil 1eakage needs to be thought over. The system runs periodically with no noise, low power consuption. The system cornposition, operating brinciplesand the determining mothod of the diameter of the nozzle are discussed.
