摘要
高校应为大学生"村官"培养贡献自己的力量。从大学生"村官"在校期间的培养模式、培养方法、培养环节、培养内容四方面入手,通过紧抓大学生"村官"的培养源头,来提高大学生"村官"的工作实效,促进大学生"村官"政策的可持续发展。
Local colleges and universities ought to fulfill their own obligation in cultivating village officials.The thesis argues that the local colleges and universities can strengthen the cultivating sources of village officials by focusing on the patterns of cultivation,methods,contents and procedures,in order to improve the working efficiency and promote the policy of village officials in further development.
