摘要
大学生"村官"的公共服务能力在实现基本公共服务均等化过程中具有重要作用,高校应着力从注重公共服务精神的重树、加强思想教育的引导来培养大学生公共服务意识与态度,从课程设置、教材内容、教学组织等多方面培养大学生公共服务技能与方式。
The public service capacity of college graduates working as village officials is very important in achieving equalization of basic public service. The universities should cultivate public service awareness and attitudes of college students from re-treeing the spirit of public service and strengthening the ideological education guide, and train public service skills and means of college students from several aspects such as curriculum, teaching materials, teaching organization.
