摘要
以直接耐晒翠蓝GL为原料,合成了酞菁铜磺酸,并用其对本征态聚苯胺分别在水相和油相中进行掺杂,获得了具有酞菁功能基分子结构的聚苯胺.该聚合物具有优良的溶解性能和成膜能力,电导率可达到8S/m.利用红外谱图证实了所合成产物的结构,紫外吸收分析也表明用酞菁铜磺酸掺杂聚苯胺后,在可见光区和近红外区都具有较强的吸收,有可能大幅度地提高其光电导性能.
Using sodium Cu sulfophthalocyanine as material, Cu sulfophthalocyanine is synthesized. Polyaniline in eigenstate is doped with Cu sulfophthalocyanine in water phase and oil phase respectively. The photoconductive polymer polyaniline containing phthalocyanine is obtained. The polymer has high solubility,fine ability to film, and its conductivity reachs 8 S/cm. The chemical structure of the polymer is identified by IR.The absorption of polyaniline doped with Cu sulfophthalocyanine is very intense in the range of visible light and near infrared. The photoconductivity of the polymer is greatly enhanced.
