摘要
目的研究姜黄素在体外对人肝癌细胞株SMMC7721细胞黏附、迁移及侵袭的抑制作用。方法分别以不同浓度姜黄素在体外处理SMMC7721细胞48 h,通过细胞黏附、迁移和侵袭实验观察姜黄素对SMMC7721细胞黏附力、运动力和侵袭力的影响。结果姜黄素20.0、40.0、60.0μmol/L处理SMMC7721细胞48 h,对细胞侵袭能力的抑制率分别为(17.31±1.78)%(、60.30±4.54)%(、100.00±0.00)%(P<0.01)。SMMC7721细胞迁移能力抑制率分别为(15.70±1.33)%(、41.90±3.34)%(、100.00±0.00)%(P<0.01)。姜黄素20.0、40.0、60.0μmol/L均能有效抑制SMMC7721细胞与Matrigel胶的黏附力。结论 姜黄素具有抑制人肝癌细胞体外侵袭和转移的作用。
Objective To investigate the in vitro inhibitory effects of curcumin on cell adhesion,metastatic potential and invasion of hepatocellular carcinoma SMMC7721 cells.Methods SMMC7721 cells were treated with different concentrations of curcumin in vitro for 48 hours and the adhesion,migration and invasion of SMMC7721 cells were measured with cell adhesion test,cell migration test and cell invasion test.Results After treated with curcumin in the concentrations of 20.0,40.0 and 60.0 μmol/L,the inhibition rates for invasion were(17.31±1.78)%,(60.30±4.54)% and(100.00±0.00)%(P0.01),which for migration were(15.70±1.33)%,(41.90±3.34)% and(100.00±0.00)%,respectively(P0.01).Three concentrations of curcumin could all effectively inhibit the adhesion of SMMC7721 cells to Matrigel.Conclusion Curcumin inhibits the adhesion,invasion and migration of hepatocellular carcinoma cells in vitro.
