摘要
介绍了车牌定位常用的几种算法,并比较了各自的优缺点,然后提出了基于特征的车牌定位算法,借助统计跳变次数粗定位出车牌的上下边界.在此基础上,精确定位出车牌的左右边界.为了提高定位效率,对车牌图像进行了预处理和倾斜校正.实验结果表明,算法具有良好的抗干扰能力、简单快速、准确性高.
In this paper,several common vehicle plate location algorithms were described,and compares their advantages and disadvantages,then puts forward the vehicle plate location algorithm based on features,with the number of hop rough positioning the plate boundary.On this basis,the precise positioning of the plate left and right boundaries.In order to improve the efficiency of positioning,preprocessing and tilt correction on a vehicle plate image was made.Experimental results show that the algorithm has a good anti-interference、simple、fast and high accuracy.
