摘要
针对传统连铸板坯定尺控制中检测辊存在磨损、打滑等影响定尺精度的问题,采用CCD数字图像边缘检测技术,实现了连铸板坯定尺切割控制和铸机拉速的动态跟踪。文中介绍了数字图像边缘检测原理和连铸坯位置动态跟踪原理,并给出了在Visual C++环境下图像的获取、边缘检测算法的程序流程图。实际运行结果表明,所述方法实现的连铸板坯定尺切割系统,综合控制精度在±8mm以内,满足了工程应用的要求,可推广应用到多流连铸机、中厚板、重轨生产等定尺切割控制系统中。
Such problems were introduced as abrasion and slippage, which existed in the measure- roller of continuous- casting slab length control, and a technology of edge detection for CCD digital image was given which actualized a method of continuous - casting slab length measurement and cutting and casting speed dynamic trace, The principles of edge detection for digital image and continuous- casting slab position dynamic trace were described, and flow chart for the algorithm of image gaining and edge detection was presented, Practical re- sults showed that the method meeted the need for engineering application within ± 8mm controlled precision, which could be popularized in such production of control systems of length control and cutting as multi - stream continuous caster, moderately thick rectangular plates and heavy rails.
