摘要
"时调"、"小曲"、"时调小曲",常作为三个内涵与外延相同的概念被广泛使用,但从史论意义上讲,这是三个既相互联系又相互区别的概念。"时调"不是类属某一乐种门类的概念名词,也不是一切民间时兴曲调的泛指词汇,而是明清歌曲存留在各乐种中的类指称名,与"小曲"属于民歌类、"时调小曲"属于说唱类相异。
The author thought that Shidiao （popular song）, Xiaoqu （ditty） and Shidiao xiaoqu （popular ditty） have used widely as three conceptions shared the similar intension and extension, however from the his- torical signigicance, these were three conceptions differences between both interrelated and mutually. Shidiao was not the concept term but a name for the songs existed in Ming and Qing dynasties, Xiaoqu belongs to the folk category, and Shidiao xiaoqu as speaking-singing one.
