摘要
研究填充国产环保橡胶油的SBR1762在轿车子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用情况。理化分析和Bay质子测试表明,SBR1762达到了欧盟的环保要求;大小配合试验表明,SBR1762胶料的硫化速度和综合物理性能与SBR1723胶料相比无明显差异,但大配合试验SBR1762门尼粘度较高,硫化胶损耗因子较大,表明相应轮胎滚动阻力及生热较高;成品轮胎性能测试表明,采用SBR1762的成品轮胎和采用SBR1723的成品轮胎高速性能和耐久性能基本无差异,能够满足轮胎使用需求,生产成本大幅下降。
The application of domestic environment-friendly rubber oil filled SBR1762 in tread of PCR tire was investigated.The physico-chemical analysis and Bay protons test results showed that SBR1762 reached European Union’s environmental protection request.It was found by the pilot compounding and production compounding tests that the curing rate and comprehensive physical properties of SBR1762 compound were similar with SBR1723 compound,but the Mooney viscosity and tanδ of SBR1762 compound in production compounding tests were higher,which indicated the rolling resis-tance and heat build-up of the tire were higher.The performance tests of finished tire showed that,the high speed performance and endurance of the finished tire by using SBR1762 were similar with SBR1723,while met the requirements in service,and the production cost decreased significantly.
