摘要
以中海油生产的锦州9-3减二线馏分油为原料,采用单段加氢工艺制备环保橡胶油,考察了反应压力和反应温度对加氢生成油性质的影响。结果表明:在反应压力不低于10 MPa的条件下,可得到CA值约为12.0%,含8种多环芳烃量小于10μg/g,含苯并(a)芘量小于1μg/g的环保橡胶油;低压条件下所得样品中多环芳烃含量超标,不符合欧盟REACH法规环保橡胶油的要求。
Environmental rubber oil was produced by single hydrogenation process with CNOOC Jinzhou 9 - 3 VGO No 2 as feedstock, and the influ- ences of reaction pressure and temperature on the propeties of hydrogenated results showed that when oil were investigated. The reaction pressure was not lower than 10 MPa, the environmental rubber oil could be produced with CA value around 12% , the contents of PAHs and benzo a- pyrene less than10 μg/g and 1 μg/g respectively. However, under the condition of low pressure, the content of PAHs exceeded, which didn't conform to the requirement of environmental rubber in the REACH rule by Eu- ropean Union.
