摘要
以甲基橙的降解为研究目标,通过一阶响应曲面试验设计,研究主要因素对复合粒子的可见光活性影响规律,通过二阶模型建立了回归模型,获得了最优的实验条件是:SnC l4的量0.086 g;H2O的量6.72 mL;HCl的量0.007 mol;在最优条件下的可见光活性研究表明,复合粒子具有明显的可见光活性,能够有效降解甲基橙,降解率达到90%以上,且可以重复使用。
Taking the degradation ratio of methyl orange as the research target,and using the first-order curved face respond experimentation,the visible light influence rule of compound particle affected by major factors was explored and the regression pattern was created.The center experimentation and curved face respond experimentation showed the optimization technology was that 0.086 g SnCl4,6.72 mL H2O,and 0.007 mol HCl.The results indicated that the compound particle had obvious visible light activity,whose photodegradation rate for methyl orange solution was up to 90% and also can repetitive-use.
