摘要
以SnCl4/C为催化剂合成乙酸正丙酯,考察了催化剂用量、醇酸物质的量比、反应时间及催化剂重复使用次数等因素对酯化率的影响。结果表明SnCl4/C具有催化活性高,易分离回收,重复使用性良好,无废液排放等优点,在最佳反应条件下,酯收率达89.7%。
n- propyl acetate was synthesized from acetic acid and n- propyl, using SnCl4/C as the catalyst. The influences of reaction conditions on the esterification rate, included the amount of the catalyst, eaction time, molar ratio of acid to alcahol, repeated uses of the catalyst were studied. Experimental results showed that SnCl4/C was an excellent catalyst in the synthesis of n - propyl acetate. It was high activity, conomic, environmental friendly and could be used repeatedly. Under the best conditions,the yield of propyl acetate reached 89.7%.
