摘要
我国石油企业与石油高校的产学研合作经历了从短期、单一、临时性的项目合作到长期、综合、战略性项目合作,从国内项目合作到国际项目合作的发展过程。经过多年合作发展,积累和形成了共建校内外实习基地和实践基地、"订单式"培养模式、签订长期合作协议开展全方位合作、联合建立企业研究生工作站、联合培养博士后、国际化人才培养模式和共建科研基地等多种产学研合作模式并不断深化和拓展。从发展趋势上看,石油企业与石油高校的产学研合作将从目前的战略性全面合作模式逐渐向产学研合作战略联盟方向发展。
The production - education - research cooperation between Chinese petroleum enterprises and universities has experienced a short - term, single, temporary and domestic programming cooperation to a long - term, comprehensive, strategic and international programming development. Many models of cooperation have been developed in the past years, such as the joint build - up of on and out of campus internship and practice bases, the ＂order forms＂ education models, the overall cooperation under long - term agreement, joint build - up of graduates workstations at enterprises, joint post - doctorial education, international talents education model and joint build - up of research bases, etc. The models of cooperation are being under thoroughgoing development. The present model of overall strategic cooperation is gradually moving towards the strategic union of production - education - research cooperation between the petroleum enterprises and universities.
