摘要
目的:制定凉血散瘀合剂的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对方中赤芍、栀子进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定丹参中丹酚酸B的含量。结果:所采用的薄层色谱鉴别方法专属性强,阴性对照无干扰;平均回收率100.1%,RSD为0.8%。结论:所建立的方法简便、准确、专属性、重复性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制。
Objective： To establish quality standard for liangxue sanyu mixture. Method： The Herbaceous peony and Gardenia were identified by TLC, and the content of salvianolic acid B was determined by HPLC. Result： The spots in the TLC were clear and distinguished well, and the average recovery was 100. 1% with RSD of 0. 8%. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate and specific. It can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
