摘要
目的:制订橘红枇杷片的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对方中枇杷叶、陈皮进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法测定化橘红中柚皮苷的含量。结果:所采用的薄层色谱鉴别方法专属性强,阴性对照无干扰;平均回收率100.7%,RSD为1.3%。结论:所建立的方法简便、准确、专属性、重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制。
Objective： To establish the quality standard for Juhongpipa Tablets. Method： The Folium eriobotryae and Pericarpium citri reticulatae were identified by TLC, the content of narigin was determined by HPLC. Result： The spots in the TLC were clear and distinguished well. The average recovery was 100.7% and RSD was 1.3%. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate and specific. It can be used for the quality control of Juhongpipa Tablets.
