摘要
伴随着《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》的颁布和全国教育工作会议的召开,我国教育事业发展迈进了新的历史时期。教育考试评价对推进教育事业科学发展有着重要作用。新时期,推进全国教育考试评价工作科学发展,要依据《纲要》要求和全教会精神,遵循教育规律,改革和完善考试评价制度,实现从考试向评价的跃升,建立中国特色的现代化教育考试评价体系。
The education in China entered a new historical stage with the promulgation of National Mid-term to Long-term Educational Reform and Development Plan Compendium（2010-2020）and the national conference on education.Assessment has a great impact on the development of education.To build a Chinese modern assessment system,we need to follow the gist of the compendium and the national conference and comply with the inherent law of education.
