摘要
朱江教授在多年临床和科研的反复实践中感有诸多体会,认为针灸治疗的对象、载体、方法和时机是影响针灸疗效的主要因素,总结出"针因病而效、穴因人而异、刺因证而定、效因时而变"4个观点。笔者通过研习教授多年的论文论著,并结合科研、临床实例,对朱江教授所提出的4个观点逐一进行阐述,望同道共飨。
This article summarized professor ZHU Jiang＇s opinions on the clinical application of acupuncture and moxibustion as four aspects,namely,＇the application of acupuncture depending on diseases＇;＇the locations and functional states of points have individual differences＇;＇choosing needling techniques according to syndromes＇;＇the therapeutic effect of acupuncture depending on needling sequence and intervention timing＇.The authors explained those four opinions by studying published articles and works of professor Zhu in combination with clinical cases and researches,so as to share the experiences with the readers.
