摘要
经方源远流长,至今仍被广泛应用,指导着中医临床实践,然而,经方剂量则是医家长期争议的话题,至今未获统一认识。还原经方剂量原貌,客观科学认识经方剂量,一定能更好地遵循方剂的组方配伍规律,提高中医临床疗效。该文基本厘清经方剂量沿革,并对经方剂量研究现状、意义进行述评,提出了经方剂量研究今后的方向。
Classical formulas have a long history and used in clinical practices as guideline,but their dosage is a provocative question without acknowledgement for long time.To explore the real of dosage,objectively and scientifically recognize the dosage,it is necessary to deepen our understanding of the laws of herbs combination by traditional Chinese medicine and raise clinical curative effect.The review will clear the successive change of dosage of classical formulas,comment the current situation and significance of their study,and present some ideas for further work.
