全程七氟醚麻醉在80例心脏直视术中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的观察全程七氟醚麻醉在心脏直视术中的应用,并与丙泊酚比较其对循环系统的影响。方法选择择期行心脏手术的患者80例随机分成七氟醚组(S组)和丙泊酚组(P组),每组40例,S组麻醉诱导和维持均采用七氟醚,P组采用丙泊酚诱导和维持,其余用药两组相同。分别于诱导前后、转流后和术后记录HR、MAP、CVP等血流动力学指标。结果与诱导前相比,P组诱导后MAP显著下降,HR明显加快(P<0.05);除诱导前外,与S组各时相点相比,P组MAP均明显降低,HR明显加快(P<0.05)。结论七氟醚与丙泊酚相比用于体外循环心脏手术的麻醉对循环系统的影响更小、更安全。
