摘要
目的探讨七氟醚对小儿先天性心脏病导管介入封堵术中应激反应的影响。方法选择80例患儿作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各40例,观察组麻醉诱导使用七氟醚,对照组则使用氯胺酮,比较整个手术过程中心率的变化,并测定其血糖和皮质醇变化情况。结果观察组麻醉诱导期间心率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组从T1时间点开始,其心率显著快于T0时间点(P<0.05),观察组麻醉诱导期间血糖和皮质醇变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组在T1时间点开始,其血糖和皮质醇水平均显著高于T0时间点(P<0.05)。结论七氟醚静吸复合麻醉应用于小儿先天性心脏病导管介入封堵术中,能更好的维持其循环功能稳定,减少应激反应,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the influence of sevoflurane on the stress response of children with congenital heart disease in the catheter interventional occlusion surgery. Methods 80 children with congenital heart disease were se-lected and randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.Sevoflurane was used for anesthesia induction in the observation group,and ketamine was used in the control group.The changes in heart rates during the entire surgery were compared and the changes in blood glucose and cortisol were measured. Results During the anesthesia induction process,the heart rates of the observation group were not statistical difference （P〉0.05）,and the heart rates of the control group after the time point T1 were significantly faster than those at the time point T0 （P〈0.05）.During the anesthesia in-duction process,the changes in blood glucose and cortisol of the observation group were not statistical difference （P〉0.05）,and the blood glucose and cortisol levels of the control group after the time pint T1 were significantly higher than those at T0 （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of sevoflurane intravenous inhalational anesthesia in the catheter in-terventional occlusion surgery of children with congenital heart disease can better maintain the children’s circulatory function stability and reduce stress,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
