摘要
通过对井下作业在油田开发中的地位的阐述，从体制、管理及生产方面对造成井下作业效益低下的原因进行了探讨，进而提出了提高井下作业效益的途径：树立“经济产量”指导思想，坚持“三压三提”工作方针，深化油藏研究，找准潜力区，提高措施有效性等。
This paper analyzes the causes of low economic benefits of downhole operation in both theory and practice,and put forwards ways to improve it.Petroleum enterprises should put much emphasis oll accomplishing the two foundamental changes, adopting the idea of 'economic yield'and prosecuting to the end the guiding principle of economic benefits being the central task in decision -making and management.
