摘要 井下作业施工过程中每年都有大量事故发生,为了最大限度的降低事故发生率,综合考虑井况、管柱结构、施工顺序等对井下流体压力及管柱强度的影响,给出了井下流体压力和管柱载荷、变形、应力计算公式。据此,可以指导管柱组合和施工参数选择,分析井下作业各阶段存在的风险。应用风险管理学提出井下风险预测与管理流程,通过《作业风险管理日报表》进行井下作业日常风险管理。 A large number of accidents take place in the downhole operation each year. In order to reduce the accident rate, the effect of well condition, pipe string structure, and operation procedure on downhole fluid pressure and pipe string strength is fully considered. The calculation formulas of downhole fluid pressure and pipe string load, distortion and stress are given. They can guide the option of pipe string assembly and operation parameters, analyze various risks existed in different steps of downhole operation. Downhole risk prediction and management flow are raised by applying risk management science. Using daily report of operation risk management controls the daily risk management of downhole operation
